Softwall Cleanrooms

Softwall Cleanrooms

This cleanroom style is very versatile and useful!
Overview:

In recent years, isolation and environmental control have progressed rapidly. Our softwall cleanroom design USP 797 allows for numerous adjustments. An aluminum or stainless steel frame is used to construct a softwall cleanroom. This system allows for quick and easy assembly.

Why Choose a Softwall Cleanroom?

Compared with stick-built and prefabricated modular buildings, softwall cleanrooms are less expensive and can be installed much faster. Except for electrical and HVAC systems, they do not generally require permits. Additional components can be ordered to change the size or configuration.

Benefits:

This cleanroom style is suitable for ISO Class 4 (Class 10) applications through Class 8 (Class 100000). It can be designed as either a single-pass cleanroom or as a cleanroom with an air-chase wall and ceiling plenum for recirculation.

These can be easily customized with:

The decision to select softwall cleanrooms should be based on an analysis of the specific requirements and constraints of your project.  A hardwall cleanroom may be more appropriate if the application involves highly sensitive processes or requires the highest level of containment.

Researcher examining softwall cleanroom
Laboratory cleanroom design and construction demand a thorough understanding of cleanroom classifications, HVAC systems, materials, and regulatory requirements. Following best practices, we create and maintain controlled environments that ensure the accuracy and reliability of their research and manufacturing processes.
